WP 3.8 stops installing and updating

    Since Version 3.8 installing /updating themes and plugins stops working when “Unpacking…”
    Same with all my sites – even new one.
    Same with IE and Firefox.
    The provider cannot see a timeout or any other problems on his side.

    I can only upload themes and plugins by FTP – which is not very comfortable…
