The 3.1 upgrade leaves my site with the following error:

Warning: require(/home/mrscommanderson/goodfoodstories.com/wp-includes/class-wp.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mrscommanderson/goodfoodstories.com/wp-settings.php on line 68

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/mrscommanderson/goodfoodstories.com/wp-includes/class-wp.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php5/lib/pear') in /home/mrscommanderson/goodfoodstories.com/wp-settings.php on line 68

How can I tell if this is caused by my theme or a rogue plugin - and how can I fix this in FTP?

Yes, and although my fatal error may be caused by my theme or a FB like plugin, I don't know from this error which it could be or how to fix it. I'm not an expert at coding, unfortunately.

Just added 2 missing php files and have a new fatal error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_wp_error() in /home/mrscommanderson/goodfoodstories.com/wp-includes/load.php on line 339
