   Hi everybody!

   I like to design my wordpress themes based on the classic theme (v 1.6), but somehow I feel uncomfortable at the moment with it. I'm asking myself is there any security issue using this "old" theme or / and are there any fuctional problems if I use it with WP 3.1?

   Hopefully someone can help me with my question.

   Classic? Really?

   As far as I can tell, there are no major security issues, though there are quite a few functionality issues.

   Yeah really, the good old classic theme! :) It is easy to adjust, clean and the code is lightweight.

   The twenty ten code looks like bloatware to me, but is seems like I have to get warm with it. And to get rid of the nasty usless stuff :D
