I was using 3.0.3 and I could open the tap for Setting, Apparance, also I could move widgets to and from the sidebar. Now I updated to 3.0.4 and I cannon do any of that. Checked on different computers and problem persists.

Also when uploading an image for the post it also opens in the same window. Now I lost my whole work.

Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
- re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?
- increasing the memory available to PHP?

Thanks for that. It was some plugin. But strange thing I desactivated them all, and after activated them all, and everything work how it should. Strange. Thanks SOLVED
