Try to turn on debugging mode to display possible errors or warnings. Open wp-config.php, edit around line 81.

I did and it did nothing… When I click on Comments, it builds the left side down to Plunins then stops. I have done no customization to this install at all. Using the stock theme. This same thing happens when I click on Menus under the Appearance. This is most frustrating, can’t believe I am the only one having this issue. I have a site using the old wordpress and have no troubles with it.

When clicking on Comments on the admin menu, goes to a page that only loads up to and including the Plugins link, nothing after that, whole right side is blank.
Recent comments show on the Dash board but if you click to view all, same thing, entire right side of page is blank.
This is a fresh install, no plugins.
