   I'm not sure what happened, but when someone comments on my blog I'm receiving two emails for it. It seems to have just started after I upgraded to 2.9.2 (automatic upgrade).

   Site: my blog
   Installed plugins

   Server settings:

   Operating System : Linux (32 Bit)
   Server : Apache
   MYSQL Version : 5.0.90-community-log

   Still getting this on 3.0.1 (whatever the current version is). Getting duplicate emails for everything (new comments, lost password, etc).
