WP 2.9 -The data could not be converted to UTF-8

    After downloading 2.9 version the WP Development blog, other WP
    News and Incoming links, all display The data could not be converted to UTF-8 on the dashboard.

    Ive tried configure but same message appears. While not a major issue I just wondered if this is a problem that can be fixed?
