wp 2.7 rss issue??

So my rss feed page is saying page not found. I checked with my server and it has nothing to do with them. Next i tryed to load through feedburner anyway and it didnt work. Then i disabled all plugins to see what would happen and no change. Finally i changed themes and it was still happening. Oh and i redownloaded the theme. Im guessing i should just redownload wp?
