I just upgraded to 2.3.1 and the full posts won't show in the feed.

I have removed the more tag from the first post, and still no full post.
In Options > Reading, it is set to full text.
It's not even cutting off at the more tag, just cutting off somewhere random. Ideas? It is all just about at 50-13 words, roughly 300 characters where it cuts off.

I have turned off all plugins as well, and am still not getting more than about 50-53 words, roughly 300 characters.

Moved feed to
http://www.smallbusinessessentials.info/feed/
and turned back on Full Text and Feedsmith plugins.
Seems to be working now.

Note wp-rss.php is the older RSS 0.92 format. Versions before 0.92 had a character restriction on items in a feed, and it was normal to stick to that restriction for compatibility with legacy syndication readers. So in other words, WordPress forces item descriptions to output as excerpts when using this feed format, no matter what you have it set to display.
RSS 2 has no such restriction, and is the format output through /feed/ (or wp-rss2.php).
