WP 2.0 Permalink Tutorial Requested…

    I am having quite a bit of difficulty in implementing permalinks, and was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to provide a mini tutorial. There is an example on the codex for page/subpage hierarchy, but no permalink structure provided.

    What would be the permalink structure tags and/or category base for: (pages and subpages…)

    – Continent

    — Africa
    — Cameroon
    — Lesotho
    — Swaziland
    — Togo

    — South America
    — Argentina
    — Brazil
    — Chile

    so that the url would read: http://www.site.org/continent/africa/togo
