   Most everything has been great for me with the upgrade. The only problem I have had is with the author template I created.

   See http://codex.wordpress.org/Author_Templates

   Now it no longer displays the author's name or profile, but it displays the website URL.

   Does the code available on the codex wiki need to be changed? Is there something else I need to do?

   I figured it out. Instances of "user_" need to be removed. So "user_nickname" becomes "nickname".
