WP 1.2 – user level 1 able to publish.

    I am running WP 1.2, and yes, I know I need to upgrade. I have 2.0 for another part of the website. The problem is that level 1 users’ posts are being published instead of coming to me for review. I looked under Options > Writing, but there are no options for newly registered users. How can I prevent this? Thanks in advance.
