    most powerfull form creator in the plugin directory (tried a lot!!). Never thought that it could be so easy to create complex web forms.

    My favourite features:

    – visibility rules
    – nice captcha
    – the html5 uploader (in commercial version only)
    – multipaging
    – summarizers with calculations
