I have been trying without all hope to get a modal plugin that works:
1. As a menu (navbar) item in UberMenu AND
2. Supports Google Auhtenticator plugin (http://wordpress.org/plugins/google-authenticator/) and has the authenticator input in the right place (most either don’t show it or it is off the side or below the remember me, etc – all wrong) AND
3. Works on Android.Not too much to ask? I have spent days trying everything with OTHER plugins. Then I try this. 5 minutes later and a bit of guesswork and I get it working.
In menus, make a link, with the title as you wish. Put the css class in the box. Simples.
