I am VERY new to using WordPress so naturally I don’t understand anything! Also I have never really “gotten” the whole SEO thing anyhow.

This plugin is the closest to “doing it for you” that I found, really makes it easy. The settings show up right on the page you’re editing.

I was wondering about meta keywords (which they recommend against) but you can activate them in settings (but you have to click “start tour” to make them come up (from SEO dashboard). I contacted yoast about this and Joost got back with me personally right away.
