Would need less then 10 mails send every interval

    Hey,

    I have the problem that my provider just allows 100 mails per hour to be send that means I would like to send 7 mails on every intervall. The problem is the minimal value is 10, so here is my question:
    Is there a reason for the lower limitations of mails send? Or can I just workaround that ?
