   Hello people.

   I checked the plugin compatibility page as directed, but I can't find information on whether WordPress.com Stats works well with the latest version of wordpress (2.8.5)

   When I wanted to install WordPress.com Stats and then when I thought I'd try Google Integration Toolkit I got warnings that they hadn't been tested with 2.8.5. And from reading the forum, I get the impression that GIT can get up to strange tricks, anyway.

   Does anyone know whether it's safe to install WpS or GIT on version 2.8.5?

   Using WordPress.com Stats on mine and it works fine with 2.8.5.

   WP 2.8.5 introduces few security-related fixes only, so GIT should work with it too.
