Would anyone mind making me a theme, please? Resources included.

I’ve got a website, http://www.stevey.biz. It’s a good website, it has all been coded by me so I do have knowledge of PHP. I can’t get to grips with WordPress theming. I have a blog (www.stevey.biz/blog) but the theme doesn’t match any parts of my self written Homepage and pages.
My request is that could someone, please, please, make me a WordPress theme resembling the same style, layout and images of my homepage.
