    hi again!

I just read vaguely on the artcles you pointed me and they seem to be a liitle outdated on the problem here. it is as follows:

i get a weird url when accesing my admin log in panel.
some of my .css files on my website's folders are hacked/code corrupted.

I'm not sure about whether this is wordpress problem, my problem, or hosting problem... help pls!

  3. ...this is wordpress problem, my problem, or hosting problem...

All three. Read the links that Jan posted and completely clean your site, or you will get hakced again. You may need to change to a more secure host, like bluehost.com

well, changing hosting is out of question...

so all i've left is... start my site from scratch?
cause... even my backups were hacked...

Either start from scratch or work hard on fixing them up...

In addition to the links given above, see:
    https://my.bluehost.com/cgi/help/511/
    http://sitecheck.sucuri.net/scanner/
    http://www.unmaskparasites.com/

If you decide to start from scratch, then work hard on security to try to prevent this from happening again.

Make sure that you keep as minimal an amount of plugins/themes as possible. If you try something, but deactivate it, don't leave it just deactivated, but actually remove it. Use a plugin like Bulletproof Security as well. Don't install any plugins/themes that use old versions of timthumb.php

Make sure all your software/plugins/themes stay up to date with the latest versions released, most importantly if they note any security additions with the new release.
