• Everything worked great across all blogs on my multisite installation.

It would be nice if you could use the following option:

    – choose relative directory in active theme (Ie. wp-content/themes/%themename%/functions/

As of right now you have to use a folder outside of the theme directory unless you wish to manually go into this plugins’ settings and change the directory since not all themes will have the same name.

Hi … thanks for the great feedback; it’s really appreciated.

I might be missing something here (and please let me know if I am) but the main driver for me to write the plugin was to hold my tweaks and custom CSS outside of either a plugin’s folder or a theme’s folder, and so to ensure that my tweaks don’t get overwritten during a plugin or a theme upgrade (or deletion).

If you put your tweaks relative to the active theme’s parent directory, you’ll loose your changes when you change themes; this is pretty much the opposite to the ethos behind the plugin, which is designed to preserve your tweaks across plugin and theme upgrades, changes or deletions.
