I use W3 Total Cache on a total of three sites. One is a "static" site in WordPress, with no blog, and the other two sites are static HTML sites with WordPress blogs.
Installation is easy, as is configuration. There can be some issues that prevent caching of content but once those are identified and resolved, the plugin seems to do its job.
More importantly than the plugin, itself, is the developers sincere desire to make W3 Total Cache the best caching solution for WordPress. I write this as a result of a detailed e-mail discussion one of the developers and I had about a bug report I submitted.
I can recommend this plugin with confidence to anyone. :)
