Works but….
-
I’ve gone through 20+ contact form plug-ins and 90% don’t send the eMail out – this plug-in does do it.
However, that floating tab just gets in the way all the time – this will greatly irritate visitors to your website.

Good to hear that it works though
maybe try the sticky slide out tab option instead
@perrymyk
I disagree with perrymyk. This plugin provides a variety of ways to position the contact menu, and it is easy to do.For my template and purposes I settled on a bottom center, floating menu just 10 pixels off the bottom of the browser – no irritation to me or my visitors.
Given how easy it is to install and make functional this plugin, site developers should try it and decide for themselves.
Thanks for the support!
You are very welcome remix4 – this is a very good and deserving plugin.
I was going to start a new topic but perhaps I can ask here; Is there am easy way to implement Google Analytics Tracking with this contact form? At the moment it does not register conversions within Analytics, and, there is no option I’ve seen to set a “return” page after the form submission.
Am I missing something? Or can you suggest a way to implement conversion tracking within Analytics?
Yes it can easily be done by adding a couple of lines of jQuery – see FAQ Adding google event tracking to the contact form
What a brilliant plugin! Love the whole, elegant feel of your Slick/jQuery range of WP Plugins, truly sleek (British spelling:)
I looked at all the settings, but couldn’t see how to get the text of the Contact tab vertical, like the one on your site. It’s less intrusive and somehow visually more attractive.
Sorry, it’s probably really simple, but I am not really a techie.
Thank you again for a fantastic product. 😀
Best of the Best!

Thanks for the response. I suppose I could hire a programmer off eLance to implement/install the JQuery “event tracking” code described in your FAQ.
Since I’m going to need a coder anyway I’d rather have him cause the form submission to trigger a “Thank You” page instead. That way I’ll get the tracking I need (conforming in method to dozens of other sites I have) plus a social interaction with the potential client.
Thanks again,
Dennis Foreman
@gea – the vertical text has to be applied using a CSS background image – see FAQ – Adding vertical text to the contact form tab
@pontarae – I can provide the modified code to handle loading the Thank you page instead. What is the URL of the page you would like the form to redirect to?
It’s been months since I looked at this plugin – I will review sometime this week.
@remix4
The return page for the form would be:
http://www.striperexpress.com/thank-you/Thank you for making this change. If there is any cost please invoice me – I’m happy to pay it.
Regards,
Dennis Foreman
Can you contact me via the contact form at the plugin site please and I will email the modification http://www.designchemical.com/blog/
Contact Form functions correctly for me. However, when I switch from one page to another, a momentary “ghost” of the slide-out form appears over the page. Is this an animation timing issue? Can you recommend settings that might eliminate this? You can see what I mean at: Montaukett Indian Nation
Check out the FAQ on the plugin website – The contact form briefly appears in the widget area when the page loads
Thanks remix4
Truthfully, I’m not adept enough at WordPress to understand what place the contact form inside a widget that is “below the fold” means. However, the CSS modifications seemed to do the trick. Excellent plug-in that is much appreciated.
I have an interesting problem – running WP3.2.1, Arjuna X theme, loaded the widget in the “Right Sidebar – Top” area. All worked perfect.
Now I added a text widget to the right sidebar that has links; when any link is clicked, the sidebar seems to refresh and for a brief moment the Slick Contact Form appears INSIDE the sidebar with all input forms displayed.
It disappears very quickly and assumes its position on the right edge of the screen and works just fine.
The brief flashing is quite annoying. Any ideas?
