• This plugin works exactly as I expected. It will purge the CloudFlare cache for the front page on new posts, or purge the frontpage and posts that have been updated.

If you are doing more than the default Cloudflare caching, such as using Page Rules to cache your entire site, you may need to purge assets from the Cloudflare cache manually.

I don’t think this plugin can know what extra assets to purge from the Cloudflare cache, but if it could, that is probably the only other possible improvement.

E.G CloudFlare(R) Cache Purge knows you are using Page Rules by querying the Cloudflare API, and reads the pattern match. Then goes a step further, based on the pattern match, whether a new post or updating a post; purges related assets. This could be the comment RSS or post RSS .xml feeds as an example.
