    Right “out of the box,” it schedules a daily backup of your database and a weekly backup of your database and your files. I tweaked a few parameters but there was almost no need to so; I would have been fine leaving it at the default settings.

    A few years ago when I accidently erased the contents of my database, this would have been very helpful. Now I have no reason to worry about data loss, especially since I can mail these backups to my Gmail account and then download the files to my Google Drive. If you want even more security, you can pay for an extension that will push those files to a remote drive (Google, DropBox, FTP, etc.), although I have chosen not to do so at this stage.
