working with only current table prefix

    We use multiple WordPress setup with Single Database and multiple table prefix.
    I am facing a trouble while searching and replacing values in any running WordPress. But, it is displaying the searched data including other prefixed tables also.
    So, how to search and replace data in WordPress with current working table prefix only.
