Working when logged in, but not when logged out

Hi!

I’m trying to remove the (post info) date + (post meta) “Filed Under” categories.

All looks removed on both the backend + front end of the site when I’m logged in, but as soon as I log out – the front end looks as if I never removed it.

Please help!
