First: Nice plug-in! Have it working on my multilingual site and for now, works as expected.

However, I’m a bit puzzled by the use of the Strings Translations tab.
On the Polylang web site, I found a lot of documentation but I couldn’t relate any to this tab.
Also, I see a list of a lot of strings for both languages I have configured. Both texts however are the same and there is no indication on how to change either one of the texts.

    Some questions:

    1. Where are these texts configured?
    2. How can I change them?
    3. How can I add new ones?

Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

You have a lot of strings because you use plugins and/or themes which are multilingual ready 🙂

Initially all strings are the same as those entered in plugins or themes options.

You translate them by entering the translation in the input box corresponding to the language you are working on. Then you click on save changes.

Adding new strings requires either some PHP knowledge and usage of Polylang API or writing a new wpml-config.xml file.

    Ok.
After checking again I realized, the main confusion was because I missed the Save button. Silly me.

    Thanks for helping out.
