   Hello all,

   Forgive me if this has been asked a million time before. I come from a development background and have been reluctant to embrace WP because of a tool set I have developed myself over years. Anyway, I have decided that WP does present to value and I want to start using it. One thing I want to know...Can I just set up a WP site on my local machine then upload it to a server when I'm satisfied with it. I am aware that I will need to make the appropriate adjustment to the config file (I forget the name at the moment)
