• This button worked just fine until I started adding new pages to my site in which I didn’t want the like button. I just wanted the button to show up on POSTS, as in actual content.

Unfortunately, you have to “go pro” in order to have the option of disabling the like button from pages and only showing up on posts. And the only other option is to manually add shortcode to each page.

Deactivated it immediately and used another plugin, which unfortunately ignores the previous Likes count from this plugin, but works just fine.

    Hi tednopple,

We are glad that you have found the plugin that meets your needs. Unfortunately, not all users need this functionality. And if we take into account the fact that any additions to the code result in the size of the plugin and the resources that it uses, here comes the question why should the other users have the excessive functionality that they do not need.
For this reason we added this functionality to the Pro version of the plugin that has extended opportunities.

    Sincerely,
    BestWebSoft Support Team
