Work with Yoast WordPress SEO plugin

Is there any way to get the Query Multiple Taxonomies to work with the WordPress SEO plugin from Yoast? I would like to customize my meta title (<title)> as my structure is based solely based on taxonomies.

When I activate the Query Multiple Taxonomies plugin, my title changes from my custom titles to the title tag format from QMT, namely {taxonomy}: {tag} or something like that. I would like to have a title like <title>{taxonomy_1_tag} {taxonomy_2_tag} {taxonomy_3_tag} Offers – Blabla</title>.

I took a look in the core.php but don’t know how to edit the wp_title function in order to do this.

Would be nice if anyone can help me here. 🙂
