wordspew extended 1.18 spam

hey guys,

I am using wordspew extended 1.18 on my blog, and I keep getting spam in it, is there a way to prevent that? I’m using WP 2.02, Akismet 1.14, and bad behavior 1.2.4

I tried to contact the author of WS extended, but his site is in spanish or french or something and I can’t find his email address there
