I receive the first email, but clicking on the link with the key (http://wordpress.org/support/bb-reset-password.php?key=xxxxxxxxx) doesn't do anything. I don't receive a second email. Who can I contact regarding this?

Which account are you having the problem with?
Did you check your spam folder?

Posted 1 year ago #Thanks, I have checked my SPAM folder. Like I said, I do receive the first email - am I supposed to receive a second email after clicking on the provided link?
