WordPress.org and .com integration

    I own my own custom domain but used to have a wordpress.com domain until I decided to expand. My blog (new one) still shows up in wordpress.com’s reader. How do I customize my blog’s profile picture? Jetpack integrates a wordpress follow button to allow people to “follow” my blog. Thank you!
