   I figured someone has done something like this already, so thought I'd ask before trying it myself.

   I have a narrow blog and would like to do a wide single column page just for the tag cloud and style it similar to wordpress.com/tags

   So basically a page that isn't styled like my theme at all, but just for this Tags page.

   You could create a custom page template that didn't call the sidebar and used it's own custom CSS for a wider content area.
