   wordpress.com stats slow my site by 38 seconds

   please help how to fix this .

   it's 1.4 seconds for me, using the same link to test. So it appears to be OK on my end. Did you disable the WP stats plugin?

   no, i want to use that plugin.

   but for some reason the pingdom site got a redesign .

   The redesign of the pingdom site has no bearing on the result... for me at least, your site loads much faster than the 38 seconds you are seeing. Seems pretty normal.

   What I mean is disable it for testing purposes. If you think a plugin is causing problems, you find out by disabling it and then trying again. If things improve then you know the plugin is to blame. If they don't then it's probably a different plugin or some other issue.
