   Anybody know EXACTLY wich one are he plugins that WP.com use for their Blogs...?

   Its the one you wirte -for youtube-:

   The plugin for youtube is pretty similar to any that we know of. If you check out http://wordpress.org/support/tags/youtube/ you will find several including Viper's and the Anarchy Media Player. The new 'video' plugin that creates videos like youtube on wp.com is a plugin called wordtube that you can find in the plugin directory.
