   highly doubtful, but is there any way to wysiwyg edit a WP theme?
   i suck at CSS.

   That looks like a pretty neat program, but CSS is not hard to learn and it's a lot cheaper:) A good place to start getting ideas and asking questions it at SitePoint Forums. Really expert and very patient (I can attest to that point) bunch there to guide you. 2 weeks there and I recoded my entire website in validated CSS. Give it a try!
