WordPress Wallpaper Website

I bought a domain called http://www.PaperyourScreen.com and wanted to turn it into for starters an iPhone wallpaper website, I work with tons of graphicdesigners so we will get together and start making lots of wallpapers and I wanted to use wordpress so we can all have accounts and upload these wallpapers as we make them… BUT..

I am having the hardest time finding the best way to use wordpress themed so it would look like a website full of wallpapers where people can rate them and also catagories these wallpapers in different ways.

Does anyone know any plugins or themes that would help me with this challenge? Thanks in advance
