   Recently I did the upgrade to 3.01.

   Before the upgrade, whenever I uploaded a file or I updated a plugin, the files were store by "admin".

   Now, after th upgrade to wordpress 3.01, the owner is "guest".

   This is very enoying...! due to the fact that each time I want to upgrade / upload something I need to change permissions to 777 and then switch back to 755.

   Any ideas on how to solve this?

   That's a server issue. Contact your hosts.

   The problem is that I'm hosting the blog on my own server!

   So, any tip is more than welcome!!!
