   Hello!

   I would like to know how to add this gravatar box to my user profiles. This is done in wordpress.com and can be seen here.

   I would like when someone registered on my site that they would either see the gravatar box on the side or somehow be prompted to get a gravatar.

   Is there a plugin or a code that i can add for this to be achieved?

   Even though it's a WPMU plugin this seems to work:
   http://wpmudev.org/project/gravatar-preview-on-profile-pages/download

   Save the file in your wp-content/plugins folder as gravatar-preview-on-profile-pages.php and activate the plugin.

   do you guys have exactly same as wordpress.com Gravatar? I more wanting that type. Can ask them to provide source of which plugin or a tweak to do it? I'm ok if need to follow long instruction as long as getting the same result.
