WordPress Uploads Messed Up

    I am getting these errors in my WordPress uploads page:

    Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/myname1/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2007/01/img-tbs-traffic.thumbnail.gif) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/myname2/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/myname2/public_html/wp-includes/post.php on line 1460

    From what I can see myname2 is the new username of my web host account while myname1 is the old username. How do I fix this?
