   Hi there,

   I have been trying to upgrade WordPress from 4.2 to 5.1 this morning but am getting a stall at 95%. Its been like this for over 30 minutes. Is this normal?

   I created a back up first, although I cannot seem to be able to find the Back Ups folder anywhere, so I am nervous to click away from the page and try again.

   Anyone got any ideas?

   I am from the Softaculous team. The WordPress upgrade should not take 30 minutes. Can you open a support ticket with us we will resolve the issue for you.
