WordPress-to-lead for Salesforce CRM

    Installed the plugin WordPress-to-lead for Salesforce CRM and working fine. Under the settings for SALESFORCE plugin, enable the check box that says Use CAPTCHA and save the settings. I get a blank page instead of the form. Any clues?
