WordPress Thread Comment nesting and author link bug (1 post)

    I am using WP Thread Comments on my site blog but comments are not nesting and the ‘@author’ link is not linking back to the original comment. Please see comment number 6 at http://www.telecomsadvice.org.uk/telecoms_blog/2010/11/talktalk-tiscali-contravention/ for an example of what I mean. My blog home page is not at my domain root - is this the problem? Can I edit the code and how please?
