WordPress theml not showing color changes

This is a odd question, I installed a WordPress install for my client and she is having the darndest issues, She uses Go-Daddy I use Dreamhost. When she enters text and makes formating changes that and goes to preview the changes nothing she chooses comes up. But if she removes the theme and goes to twenty eleven it shows up. We’ve reinstalled the theme…

But the odd thing is I put the exact theme she uses on my development server and it works fine.

Could it be the install? I am installing the theme through the built in uploader
