WordPress themes with no scripting

A large part of the people who visit my site will have all scripting turned off (it’s a computer security site). I want everyone to have the same experience so I want a theme that doesn’t use scripts (javascript, etc).

Is there anywhere I can find simple themes that leave out the scripting? My own searches have been fruitless. Premium themes are fine.
