Hi,
I am having an issue with Internet Explorer and my custom wordpress theme.
I have built my theme from the ground up, and the other night I went to check my theme in IE which I hadn't done for a week or so, and I get weird errors and sometimes my sidebar doesn't even load.

Mmhhh, rolled back to WordPress 2.8 and it fixed the issue, not sure where the exact problem was, but will be sticking with 2.8 until I find more information on what was causing that error.

Turns out there was nothing wrong with my 2.9 install, or my Code. I found the culprit and it was lightbox2 plugin. I guess there is a Java error that was crashing IE.
So for those who are getting a strange crash in IE saying "Operation Aborted" when it loaded half the page you can simply de-activate the plugin, or there is a fix here: Fixing the Operation Aborted error when using the Lightbox WordPress Plugin
