   I was wondering how to change the color of the text glow for the Blog Title in the header gradient for the Garland theme.

   Currently I have a White to Grey gradient and the Title is glowing blue.
   I looked through the CSS sheets but am not sure where to go.

   Also -- I am looking where the CSS code for the header links is as well, as there is no built in option to change the font color.

   /edit - it also looks like this glow does not show in IE8 only firefox.
