wordpress theme from drupal theme

is there a way to make a wordpress theme from a drupal theme??

a family member has a website for their business that they paid a fortune for by a “proper web designer”. the site is built in drupal and uses the theme grapefruits limes

with very little (if any) modification.

My aunty asked me if i could help her change some text and image on the site which i siad yes to but then 2 hours later… still non the wiser on how to add images to text or add pages etc to the site… have to say drupal is the most user unfriendly program i have ever used!!! grrrr

what im thinking is taking all the info from the site and starting from scratch with a wordpress site (as im formillar with wordpress) as we all know it is the most user friendly CMS/BLOG out there!!

I would like to keep the site looking the same if possible so is there a way to make a wordpress site dfrom a drupal theme or is there a wordpress theme that is the same/very simual to this theme??
