Hello. So most of the times when I make changes to my website, both my admin and regular site page(greenrivervibe.com) redirects to the word press installation page. It's like Word Press temporarily unistalls for some reason, and then will be back to normal anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour later. Any ideas why this is?? Any response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. -Alex

    Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    - switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Thank you I will be sure to try these out. Does deactivating and reactivating plug-ins mess up your settings and html codes within pages? Also, how do I reset the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Thank you very much for your time.

By deactivating plugins you just deactivating the features that you installed using plugins it no way effects your data or settings.

The reason we recommend to deactivate your plugins is because there may be a plugin that is broken and is causing the problem so activating one at time and checking your website will pinpoint the one that is causing the problem.

Click on the link esmi posted above has instruction how deactivate using ftp.
